Was able to do a short brick work out this Saturday and a short run/hike on the trails on Sunday. Things appear to be getting better, and I think I'm going to be able to do Napa after all. However I don't expect to blow it out of the water or anything. I'm not worried about a 1.2 mile swim or a 56 mile ride, or a half marathon. I'm just worried about breathing. Which is pretty important...
